Article 1 – Approval of New Members
Every new member is approved by the board. The board decides on admission requests at each of its meetings. Individuals wishing to join must complete a membership form and pay an annual fee of 40 euros.
Article 2 – Resignation – Exclusion – Death of a Member
1. Resignation must be submitted to the association's board by registered letter or email.
2. As stated in Article 8 of the statutes, a member may be expelled by the board for serious reasons. Serious reasons include, but are not limited to:
- Criminal conviction for a crime or offense;
- Actions that directly or indirectly harm the association's activities or reputation;
- Any breach of this regulation.
The decision to expel is made by the board.
In the event of a member's death, heirs or legatees have no claim to continued membership in the association. The membership fee paid to the association is non-refundable, even in cases of resignation, expulsion, or death of a member during the year.
Article 3 – General Assemblies – Voting Procedures
1. Votes of Present Members: Members present vote by show of hands or through online polling.
2. Proxy Voting: As indicated in Article 10 of the statutes, if a member cannot personally attend an assembly, they cannot be represented by a proxy under the conditions specified in that article.
Article 4 – Reimbursement Allowances
Only administrators or elected members of the board may claim reimbursement for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties and upon presentation of receipts. They have the option to waive these reimbursements and donate them to the association for tax deduction purposes under Article 200 of the CGI (French General Tax Code).
Article 5 – Working Committees
Working committees may be established by decision of the Board.
Article 6 – Amendment of the Internal Regulations
These internal regulations may be amended by the Board or by the ordinary general assembly with a simple majority of members present.
